  Bothe Coleman and Flex have narrow hips, but only Flex has thin obliques. Wheeler's torso looks like an inverted pyramid, which wa never the case with Coleman. His obliques give him a round look around the waist area, which was never the case with Flex. No one has a better taper than Wheeler, Mr.Taper par excellence.

  He didn't. He just took for granted a centimeter to inch conversion based on a numer I saw in a magazine once and now he says this bullshit ad infinitum. It's more reliable to say that Dorian's arms were 21", since the English-speaking countries publish most bodybuilding magazines use inches, and I have seen the figure of 21" for Dorian's arms several times.
