Come on Sucky, even you can see that Ronnie's arms in 99 were noticably bigger than Dorian 93's.

it doesn't take a rocket scientist:

   Ronnie's arms were 23" in 2003, and they were clearly smaller in 1999. What does that tell you? That Ronnie's arms were 1" at the most bigger than Dorian's in 1999. It doesen't take a rocket scientist to realize that Dorian's and Ronnie's arms were both roughly the same size when comparing Dorian to the 1999 Ronnie, Hulkster. If Ronnie had any advantage in size at all in 1999, it was all biceps. Dorian's triceps were as big as that of the 1999 Ronnie.
