Damn, Ronnie looks massive, seperated, striated and diced in those shots. Check out the damn striations in his lower back in the pump up room. Talk about being bone dry. Thanks.

  Hulkster, "puffy, watery mass"? If you're not willing to give Dorian even conditioning, then it is impossible to have an argument with you. How puffy and watery is Dorian in this pic? He is 285 lbs 4 weeks after the 1994 Olympia and he still looks harder than Ronnie 1999 who weighted 28 lbs less;)

why should I 'give' dorian conditioning when time and time again he is shown to be not as hard, dry or striated as 99 Ronnie?

 ::)

you assume that dorian HAS to be better conditioned than Ronnie just because he was well conditioned in comparison to the early 90's guys..

when in fact, the opposite is true:

dorian was the hardest guy in the shows back in 92, 93 etc.

he was NOT competing in 1999:

there is a damn good reason that I don't 'give' dorian the edge in conditioning:

 ::)

this is probably due to the fact that he was clearly not as well conditioned!

sorry, but Ronnie 99 leaves your dorian 94 back in the amateur ranks in terms of dry striated conditioned muscle:

neh, both the 98 Coleman and 93 Yates beat the 99 Coleman.

Coleman says himself on BFTO 99 that he was in better condition at the 1998.

Hulkster lives on fantasy screencap island.
It doesn't matter, arguing this is like a political debate, with ND and Hulkster representing the Liberals and Conservatives. No one is right, no one is wrong, and it will end only with the apocalypse.
God help us all.

sorry, but Ronnie 99 leaves your dorian 94 back in the amateur ranks in terms of dry striated conditioned muscle:

  Hulkster, I gave a hyperbolic example to illustrate how much better conditioned Dorian was than Ronnie. I am well aware of the fact that Dorian is not as conditioned at 285 lbs as Ronnie is at 257 lbs. My point, however, is that Dorian at 260 lbs is more conditioned than Ronnie 1999. I think it's funny that you think it's ok to use the number of supporters as a valid argument for Ronnie 1999 being better, but you completely reject it when far more people deem Dorian at his best as being more conditioned than Ronnie at his best. ::) If you use number of supporters as a valid argument for Ronnie 1999 being better, then you must accept that Dorian at his best is more conditioned because more people agree with it. ;)

98-99 Ronnie would be pretty hard to beat. Better than 93-94 Dorian, i think so. Either way, both fantastic bodybuilders.
No doubt about it...
