Just so everyone knows I’ve reported this to my local police, the Raleigh police, the police office in Kitty Hawk and the Mountie of Canada. Reminds me of a guy I knew that told everyone how tough he was, got the shit kicked out of him in front of everyone, then immediately claimed he didn't try to win the fight because he didn't want to hurt the other guy.
