This is accurate.  Brian, next show you should just stop one week out and keep that condition.  You are usually in better shape than the other competitors then than on competition date.  I guess you have a bit of nerves or second guessing yourself and feeling you need to try something longer or 'new' in order to reach the best condition you have (as you imagine it).  But really, a week out, you don't need that.

I told him this in the weeks leading into the show.  Not sure why in the fuck he started eating canned garbage.  If he feels the need to fill out the last 24-48 hours it should be with clean, balanced meals.  Little meals every few hours, go through poses and see how he looks and adjust accordingly.

Now I have to beg this fat fuck like he has somethign better to do? I rearranged my plans for this. I changed my lsat testing I even told the wife what I had to do and had her change her plans. Because my waist can expand exponentially in a matter of minutes when I am having gas and a flare up. I have to buy pants based on the size of my waist after a meal with bloating not in the am. Actually I wear my pants below the waist to account for this I dont like having any material around my stomach when I am having an issue. I am usually in the seated position as well
