She failed on her first try on bar exam, smart people do not fail the first time. Lying your way to be a career politician is no big feat. You give her way too much credit. Hope you're more aware of people in real life.
I am surprised that these folks who failed the bar exam are apparently not smart.
Vice President Kamala Harris (a graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of Law) failed the California bar exam on her first try.
The Former First Lady Michelle Obama – (a graduate of Harvard Law School) failed the Illinois bar exam on her first try.
Secretary of State and past Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton failed the DC bar exam the first time she took it. She passed the Arkansas bar after that.
President Franklin D. Roosevelt failed the New York bar exam on his first try after attending Harvard College and Columbia Law School . . . and he was subsequently elected President four times!
John F. Kennedy, Jr. failed the New York bar exam twice before passing it on his third try.
Several Governors have failed the bar exam. Former
California Governor, Pete Wilson, failed the California bar exam three times before passing it on his fourth try. Two-time
governor of California, Jerry Brown, also failed the bar exam.
Several Mayors have failed the bar exam (some more than once!), including
New York mayor, Ed Koch;
Chicago Mayor, Richard Daley, and
Los Angeles Mayor, Antonio Villaraigosa.And then there is this; the California bar exam is considered to be the most difficult of all state bar exams in the US.
The California bar exam has a pass rate of 34%. So either the California bar exam in more difficult to pass or the people taking the bar in California are dumber than those taking it in the rest of the country.
Trump claimed VP Harris never passed the bar, which is a lie. She did pass it on the second try. Of course, Donald Trump never took the bar exam, so what does he know.

My paternal grandfather who graduated from Harvard Law was able to practice law anywhere in the U.S. which means he passed the bar in multiple states. He specialized in corporate law. Who knew he was so smart? Unfortunately, I didn't inherit his high degree of intelligence or I am an underachiever since I never took the bar exam or even hankered to become an attorney.
