The function of the serratus is to protract the scapula against resistance. I don’t see how this bench improves the resistance force curve for that muscle. I do think it provides a neat way to bring the chest up and open for pressing and flyes. But no…not the serratus. Year one biomechanics says “not really”.
Putting the serrated under load at stretch/long moment arm lengths at stretch is probably best accomplished with something as simple as a scap push-up or even the banality of a standing cable crossover with full ROM and scapular movement.
Now that I'm done laughing at your post, you should do the following:
1. Run a Google search of "pullovers serratus"
2. Read and learn
3. Delete your account here out of embarrassment.
4. Find a new hobby other than bodybuilding. (It's not for everyone).
