Are you saying this is "Professor Deltoid" warming up for his serratus work?

These guys can talk all the junk they want. I'm 167 lbs of granite and they're pot-bellied, double-chinned, hypertensive with weak cores.

Why don't you show it off then instead of a fuzzy low def pic? Everyone who lifts has serratus development it is just a matter of being lean enough to see it

Bro I was walking around at an Arnold-esque 244 lbs After osteoarthritis in the knees and hypertension I did a complete 180 and leaned out to a 167 lb. Bruce Lee physique rock hard and shredded to the bone.

Are you DJ181?  You were 244lbs and built?  If you leaned out at 167 you must have been a fat slob at 244lbs.

15%-18% range at 244 lbs. Made the decision to get sliced and diced for once and for all. Now I'm 6.07% BF year round with sculpted from granite physique that drops more panties than a Women's Room stall.

If were 15% at 244...that means you had 207lbs of lean tissue.  Now your "sliced and diced" at 167 at 6.07% (have to get that to the hundreth decimal...good job)

Sooo that in mind, good job losing 50lbs of lean tissue.  You've done wonders with your AIDS dx

Instantly recognizing the gayness of this thread, I immediately started a petition to change the thread title to the secret weapon to homosexual development. Grape can confirm this as he is one of the co-authors.

The function of the serratus is to protract the scapula against resistance. I don’t see how this bench improves the resistance force curve for that muscle. I do think it provides a neat way to bring the chest up and open for pressing and flyes. But no…not the serratus. Year one biomechanics says “not really”.

Putting the serrated under load at stretch/long moment arm lengths at stretch is probably best accomplished with something as simple as a scap push-up or even the banality of a standing cable crossover with full ROM and scapular movement.

Now that I'm done laughing at your post, you should do the following:

1. Run a Google search of "pullovers serratus"

2. Read and learn

3. Delete your account here out of embarrassment.

4. Find a new hobby other than bodybuilding. (It's not for everyone).

Putting the serrated under load

OP's goal is to put everything under a load - especially his mouth.
