Just ripped 5 reps flat bench with 315 lbs like breaking sticks. At bodyweight of 167 lbs ripped to shreds (cross striated pecs/delts/romboids) I did considerably more weight (405lbs) when I walked around at an Arnold-esque 244 lbs but that's the trade off to get ripped like a motherfukker you give up strength but all this pussy that keeps throwing itself at me makes it well worth it.
