Just benched 315lbsx5 reps

Just ripped 5 reps flat bench with 315 lbs like breaking sticks. At bodyweight of 167 lbs ripped to shreds (cross striated pecs/delts/romboids) I did considerably more weight (405lbs) when I walked around at an Arnold-esque 244 lbs but that's the trade off to get ripped like a motherfukker you give up strength but all this pussy that keeps throwing itself at me makes it well worth it.

Was 244 lbs 15.6% BF Arnold-esque with 21" arms. Various health issues caused me to undergo a drastic cutting programme and in a 12 week period I dropped down to a 167lb Bruce Lee physique at 6. 3% BF  and 18" arms. It was a tuna/chicken/veggie  diet, cardio and more cardio . Health issues all resolved without medical interventions An unexpected but welcome consequence has been being constantly hit on by sexy ladies. Being a mass monster was great but now I'm a living work of art and when I peel out of the shirt on the beach the fukkin world stops. Abba-dabbas, obliques, intercostals, serrarus all carved outta granite.
