I personally know the super heavyweight world record holder. He is 400lbs and he is not cheat curling 225 for 5 reps.
He would start the curls by bending at the waist.....then at midpoint he would let the biceps take over,then lower it as slowly as he could for 5 reps.
His back was not on a wall and he weighed approximately 215-220 pounds.
I'm not going back and forth with you......he did it.............not everyone is a weakling like you.
Christ I benched 300 pound strictly without shaking to a full lockout at 150 pounds and squatted 405 slightly below parralell at around 160 pounds,and did multiple sets of 10 reps deep with 315 and did an easy triple with 370 and I had legs like sticks..........I just didn`t limit myself mentally and trained my balls off.....believe what you want,the matter is considered closed.
