So please explain why I decided to join the Infantry in October of 2001. Why was at at Meps? What did I sign up to do if it was not to go to war? Why would someone afraid of going to war volunteer for the Infantry in a time of War?

5 X 5 is a great way to increase lifts.....personally after I plateaued,I would either do higher reps again,or start over a bit lighter at first as I noted in my other post so as to avoid peaking too soon, or I would do,after some light warmup sets of course, 3 X 3 until I reached a plateau,then switch it up once again.

I will record my conventional 1RM deadlift attempt this weekend and share it with select members such as wes and SF1900, bhanks won't get to see until he posts his video attempting the same weight for 12 reps.  Straight bar, conventional deadlift, no hex-bar / high-handles bullshit.
