I told you guys in advance I have no desire to wipe myself out maxing out reps on deadlifts. I am never just going to see how many reps I can get until I fall over no thanks. I went into the garage and did one deadlift. I didn't even warm up or train. by all means take that one deadlift and extrapolate whatever you want call it my absolutely max like you always do I don't really care about deadlifting. I have a bad knee that is always full of fluid. I only get maybe 2 good days out of 10 with my knee to train at all that is why deadlifts and squats are not my focus. I would rather ride my bike to be honest
