i have always done both versions.. the arnold and the dorian... i top out at 185 on the arnold and 315 on dorian... huge difference.. always get a better pump from the arnold style but like the heavy weight of the yates style... ive also used a reverse grip on the ez curl bar for the yates row.. easier on the wrists.

Arnold rows never did anything for me.

Lightweight (2 plates) Dorian rows all the way - my erectors and lats almost cramp up when Im doing them.

The key to make them work is to wear a bandana, a pink baggy Powerhouse-Gym shirt, T Micheal tri-color striped clown Pants, and a fanny pack

He doesn't pull his shoulders up, his shoulders are pretty much locked while he's pushing his head down/forward. Won't du much for his trap development

weight with 2 " reps ..my god i saw this so often in the Gym utter BS. BB Rows need to be good crisp reps not how much weight you can lift.

Maybe on deads, but high reps of good form rows and chins, build the best backs.

would you do 5 reps on leg extensions?..nope ..why do it on Squats? I need the reps to fully work it & concentrate on the muscle group

He's in the off-season and spontaneously decided to do another Pro show in 3 weeks (Romanian Pro), that's why he's sweating like a pig even though it's freezing in Germany :D (probably megadosing DNP and Clen right now)

I got what you were doing there my man  :) was just saying most Gyms here are decent even the cheaper ones.
the Germans are very calculating & know people want a certain standard.
The only thing lacking in chain Gyms is decent staff & most "Trainers" don´t supervise people as they should ( in my opinion )
