I won a couple state titles in wrestling. I won a Greco and Freestyle tournament in Europe as a heavyweight. I hiked Philmont. I won a BJJ tournament. I did a double backlooping back flip kitesurfing. I won an NPC Bodybuilding contest. I benched 350lbs for 2 reps. I strict curled 167lbs in competition. I completed a 15 mile race in under 2 hours. I have run a sub 6 minute mile. I had a kid with my high school sweetheart. I married my college sweetheart. I have a saint for a wife and a son I could not be more proud to call my own. I have done a lot of great things
