It's a Law school I have to disclose everything, and they check everything with the courts they do a background check but they do it the proper way they don't just use an unverified search engine. You or anyone else sending them mugshots with bad information won't change a thing. Anything you think you are going to tell them I am already planning to disclose. I am going to list every speeding ticket since I was 16 years old. I am not a felon as long as I list and disclose everything which my attorney is going to make sure I do I will be fine. You have no power over me.I didn't get an average 150 lsat like SC and other applicants. I scored a 166 that makes me a better prospect than other applicants. There is no fucking world where a Law School Admissions board reviews anything sent to them by an outside 3rd party bashing an applicant. Also you are not required to report expunged charges and they are not allowed to consider them by law so you can have 100 mugshots from expunged charges makes 0 differenceAlso I am applying to online out of state programs so I can take law classes at home in my PJS good luck figuring out which ones
I’m not a lawyer, so I can’t say for certain what licensing boards are allowed to consider. However, I suspect that if a state licensing board can access expunged charges or convictions, they may take that information into account, whether openly or subconsciously. Even if they don’t explicitly acknowledge it, they could judge you more harshly and attribute it to another reason.
