Yeah I got up and wanted to pull.  I even warmed up with 225 then 275 then 315. I then thought about running through airports and travelling and decided I didn't need to go heavier. My surgery is more important.

Woke up at 5am today all excited to warm up and pull but honestly knee is still stiff and swollen didn't recover overnight as much as I had hoped. Need to run through airports tomorrow and having surgery Wens probably not a good idea to try and blow out the knee today.

He realized at 5AM he didn't want to do it because of the airport and then got high and forgot that.
Then he tried and failed. Made up Bullshit, he did 3 sets and knew he'd fail so quit. He likely didn't even do that and the whole thing is BS.

The answer that you don’t know how lo much time between connecting flights doesn’t make sense if you have already booked the flight. You get an itinerary and it’s ALL there. You may not fly much but it’s very important to plan -and it’s not difficult at all.

I should have read this post before doing mine. This is insane. If I have a meeting I am ALWAYS there a day early unless it’s direct and my flight is arriving 6+ hours BEFORE the meeting (but even then I normally go early because I learned ads kid in the Marine Corps that if you arent 15 mics EARLY you’re late and if your late don’t show up). I absolutely LOATHE tardiness. Maybe I am a dickhead, but anyone that works for me gets ONE pass. I don’t give a fck how menial the job may seem or if it doesn’t seem important as far as time. Time is the one thing that can never be replaced and I respect others time just like I do my own.
