Regarding resting heart rate in healthy individuals, a slow resting heart rate indicates a strong heart.  Elite endurance athletes in general have a resting heart rate under 50.  While I'm far from an elite athlete I do train the heart with running and my resting heart rate is around 59.  A typical healthy guy that exercises a little has a resting heart rate of about 70.

Left atrial enlargement makes sense if it was really the P wave they were talking about. You've also had atrial fibrillation which fits with that. That's different from an athlete's heart and different from LVH.

I don’t think a repair has been attempted by anyone on a tear of this age and complexity. Most people would have given up on training their torn chest a long time ago. My years of dedication to a lost cause and maintaining those muscle fibers is making this possible. 20 plus years of faith seems pretty elite to me. You guys ask why I am not getting the knee done I am still not happy with the technology stem cells is not enough and a replacement is too much.   But the time to fix the pec has come. He is doing the exam and he is like it’s torn here and here and there is a lighting bolt compound tear and another separate tear under that. He asked how I found him I told him I had been waiting 20 years for him. I told him he was the foremost expert and he has got this he said he was confident in my recovery.

All I know now is they said there was an issue with an abnormal P wave but the cardiologist cleared me. I don’t even know what the issue with it was but I agree lvh is the most likely culprit but I was cleared so I don’t even care what the test said

A deflection in one of the two leads in the P wave can indicate some LAH secondary to LVH.  In athletes (I use this term loosely with you), the LVH would be more presiding finding.  In YOUR case...we have seen your BP findings all over the board.  The type of findings associated with systemic hypertension (*cough* Brian *cough*).   Your need for lasix because of edema (hypertension)...and all the shit you take is suspect for sure.
