I've had more than a couple of surgeries over teh duration. Not once was my height checked. Weight yes. When I saw that I thought for a second - it's almost like an insecure man trying to get validation. But Brian doesn't lie.

I have been in different stages of condition at different shows I have learned some things but the pec repair is more important. However I still have some kind of loose object in my left shoulder causing and impingement I am going to have to get that looked into as well

Agree - some shows your condition was poor, and one it was a little less poor.

It's not about "learning things", it's about not looking for a quick fix, staying disciplined, and suffering a bit.

There's a little variance from state to state, but it's easy to get it started. You/Your lawyer basically sends notice that you intend to sue for whatever grievance, and hope you can get a few experts in the field to agree that there was some sort of injury was caused. If you can get those second opinions in your favor, off to court you go.

The biggest thing is the Statue of limitations in America. They're all different by state, and there's even sometimes difference in the state's own law depending on circumstances. For instance California, is 1 or 3 years depending on when the injury was discovered. The shorter timeframe is for immediately knowable injury.   The 3 year term for undiscovered inury.

It is standard in a cosmetic surgery procedure that the patient signs documents that says they understand results are not guaranteed and they cannot sue the doctor if the operation does not turn out well.

This makes it very difficult to sue unless gross negligence was involved.
