It's probably a waste and spending any significant time on getbig is probably a waste. You guys must enjoy spending time on bhanks even if it's just putting the guy down. I'm not telling anyone what to do but I do wonder what kind of function bhanks fills when he gets so much engagement. You will be in Cali within 12 months telling Dr Mora Bhank sent you. I can feel the tissue what he has done will be a miracle if it holds.

I was thinking of getting the bone spurs and foreign loose body cleaned up in the left shoulder. I hadn't even dreamed of adding a long bicep tendon back and reattaching it to the shoulder. Dr Mora says he can do that as well. I am going to get another tendon put back in the left in 6 months. I will see Dr Mora for all my future orthopedic needs. I have found my dr frankenstein

I need the repair regardless of if I want to compete or not. I have been 195 and super lean that is my default setting. I have not been 250lbs. That makes it more interesting to me. If I don't get there so what I just get as jacked as possible trying. But I do believe I can get there. However maybe other things will become a priority. But I don't lift and bulk for contest or clout or because I am gifted at it. I do it for me because it is what I like to do. Why would I give up on that? I may have solved my digestion issues if that is the case the next bulk will be big. I may still drop down to 225 to compete but 250 is not out of reach if digestion is solved.

I bulk to about 235 with digestion issues without them and training legs 250 seems reasonable its only another 15lbs then drop to 225 to compete
