Again just used to lift - at muscle works (with Jay D dOWADU, jams Near etc) , Down Dynamics with Ian Down and Andrulla Blanchette and Skylines with Kimberley Anne David and amOURY FRANCIS.

Now 2021 I had a rough year and hit the ale hard. Then got back down the gym.

So the 25 years drunk is actually 1 year drinking more than is helpful. Thats it.
