Brian, please just lift the arm for a pic if you don't mind. I'll disregard the swelling etc, just curious how much different the belly looks. Personally, having an almost identical detachment, the fibers started to die off on the inside of my pec after a decade or so, like Steiner's chest. I probably made a mistake in not training the chest almost at all since the injury was so bad I figured it was of no use. I did have a couple of 2 month periods of benching since and 15 years ago got back up to a 350 bench (160kg) but I lifted sort of lopsided and was worried I'd detach a tricep instead as the chest wasn't doing much lifting, now I'm at a 135lbs bench.
