There is one troublesome knot I am afraid may be a partial detachment but difficult to say as the swelling comes down maybe I just didn't feel it before. I had the sling off a little bit and may have fucked it up a little hard to say. However, the gap appears to be gone and the chest is starting to look like a chest again. There is definitely a tendon in the armpit that was not there before. Not sure how it is all going to look and work when done but I would say improved if I were to guess. Certainly not botched. You guys said the same thing about the umbilical hernia and it is certainly improved as well. The trike was probably the smartest purchase I have made in the last 20 years it's going to help put off the knee replacement.

Everything is going to atrophy I cannot lift for months. However, it will all come back in a few weeks once training. The idea is to improve the underlying tendon structure to hypertrophy the muscle on top right now there is more attached the structure is better to grow on. Hopefully it stays attached it may be partially detached hard to tell but seems to be more attached than before of course cannot fully move arm yet its early
