This photo you posted appears to be a nice traditional Thanksgiving dinner. My daughter also fixed roasted brussels sprouts for Thanksgiving. Our dinner was a family affair with about twenty folks at my in-laws' house. The sides, hors d'oeuvres, and desserts were pot luck, I brought Rodney Strong reserve chardonnay 2021. It appears Bhank served Meiomi red wine which is unusual to pair with turkey. Meiomi wines have a good rating and are modestly priced, selling for around $20 at Safeway.

If I had to take a wild guess it looks like something knocked up quick to say thanks to some idiot pseudo friends who helpoed with the moving hence the proximity of said boxes. That is the last box in house has a painting in it and I don't have a ladder tall enough to hang it yet so it is safe in box was literally the first time we used the dining room.
