You can see the tear in all 3 shows. More importantly it effects my training. I can no longer see a tear when I flex. I am hoping my training will also be improved. But this will improve my most muscular, side chest, front lat spread, and front double bicep, you could see the injury in all those poses. I would try not to flex one pec while flexing the other to hide it which is difficult to do. Is getting the pec fixed going to somehow turn me into Mr Olympia hell no but it is an improvement
