I tried to hide it but it would show if I lost concentration in most muscular but it always showed when trying a front lat spread so I just never spread front lats it was due to the pec injury not a lack of lats I look forward to doing them again. I had a better physique decades ago that is what I am trying to get back to fuck a contest.
I want to be stronger. I want to train heavier and not worry about my pec tearing again. I am going to develop the connected tissue. When you spread lats and one pec only goes halfway to armpit its not a good look
If anyone had a tear like mine and fixing it was an option they would be insane not to fix it. My training has not been what it used to be too many injuries fixing them taking a step back will allow me to go forward again or well that's the plan
