Have you started building back your strength and muscles yet? Some knee assisted push ups perhaps?

No I cant even put my weight on the arm when having sexy time with the wife yet. The dr told me under no circumstance to do any resistance training until 12 weeks. He also told me not to stretch it out yet. I am supposed to be in sling for another 2 weeks. I take it off when sitting but other than that I am using it now as I strained the tendon moving arm too much.

But you are correct I wont know if surgery was a success until I see how it works but cautiously optimistic, I probably went from 1.5 pecs to 1.75 pecs it's not going to be perfect but the thunderbolt tear appears to be covered hopefully the muscle can recover some fullness when trained again. I doubt he fixed lower tear but will see cant really tell right now but the mid pec hole is covered and will hopefully fill in around repair just not sure how much lower outside sweep I am going to have or if it is going to be flat like a triangle on the lower outside

So, are you saying that doesn't count as doing a show?

Not in my book it was about the equivalent of a best chest contest at a bar. My first NPC show I competed in that I consider my first real bodybuilding show was Excalibur in 2021 when I was already 43 years old.

Well, then your strict curl doesn't count either due to the fact they don't have a non-tested division.

So stop saying you hold a record.

Case closed.  Commence being mad.

When I had my torn pec repaired the surgeon had me bench pressing 4 weeks after the operation.....nothing heavy but 135 lbs with lots of reps to keep the muscle from dying. Extermely important to train early on in recovery.

Except they had one which I already proved when I posted my event entrance paperwork. I broke their record Jeff harassing them 24/7 until they changed their bylaws doesnt change what I curled with 2 white flags was more than their posted record. All I ever said was I broke their record and I did I have the video to prove it

Did you get a cadavar tendon or just reattach your own? Did you have a graft? Makes a big difference

The 12 weeks is for people with average genetics.

Show us where it says you hold the record then?  Not some medal you ordered.  Somewhere online we can all look up and see concrete proof.

So, much like you say you have the video proof, there is a picture of you at that "show"....you competed.

No need to get angry...just admit that was a show.

I had a pectoralis major rupture at the musculotendinous junction repaired with a semitendinosus allograft. I flew to Europe to do it and the surgeon was renowned.... he said it was absolutely CRUCIAL to begin resistance training early,, he also put me on GH for 12 weeks. no offense but your doctor is a fucking idiot if he makes you wait months without training. Say goodbye to the tendon.

The 12 weeks is for people with average genetics.

I have not exercised in any way for 27 days or taken any test. I had 6 hours of surgery then I have been taking pain killers and sitting all day

Yet I still have abs and condition better than 98% of this board with my "average genetics"

We shall see

semitendinosus allograft

Patient-Friendly: Eliminates donor site morbidity and associated pain from autograft recovery. This makes the procedure less invasive and potentially decreases OR time. Less OR time can mean less time under anesthesia and less tourniquet time.1

This is not the same thing

No opinion...just facts based on your words.

No show / no record.  pretty basic.

If you would have won that "non show" you wouldn't be sitting here saying it wasn't one.

Lololololololololklololo lokolol

Dudes literally 165 lbs maybe 170

Head has grown 5x

Might want to scale back the GH

Having abs at 165 lbs after loosing 40 lbs is not n accomplishment.
