There was an additional tear between these two pics same spot notice left armpit you can see it is worse most recent on left is a shoestring attachment and I dont flex hard or it would look worse

The atrophy on the right side is really noticeable from this angle. That's why I am not worried about anything but connection right now the muscle is gone from trauma it will look a lot different when recovered

They didn't just add a tendon they pulled apart the middle chest and wrapped it around the tendon and stretched it over the gap

It's going to take 6 months to recover 80% and a year for a 100%

I just had surgery I am not even supposed to put of the sling not worried about the muscle is will come back. I can train a muscle back  can not train a tendon back. I now have a new tendon in shoulder and armpit for the muscle to grow and hyper trophy around before my roght pec was an unattached lump knot and I still benched 325lbs with it. I am absolutely going to bench a whole lot fucking more if this holds a year.

I can't wait to put you in your place who do you think is going to be the stronger bencher when I am recovered? I used to hit sets of 6 on incline with 315lbs and no spot. Just wait until you see what I can do with 2 pecs.

Yes at 27 the first time and then again at 49 benching and again at 43 in an accident also had a partial tear snowboarding the pec was very weak in the fully open arm position. I have not done a dip since the 2nd tear. It was chronic and holding on by a thread it wasn't just cosmetic the next and final tear off the bone was just a matter of time. Now it should be good to go or well in 2 months

They took the knot in the middle and pulled it apart and over the gap back to the shoulder so yeah its thin like a sheet right now but its attached I can train and grow it now. It was no longer capable of improving before and I was worried it would tear if I pushed it.

When you structure sucks size is the only option. This will improve my structure I can look good with less weight. The pec will make everything look better.

I can literally double my training volume once healed up
