She never told the police anything like that she was stumbling around drunk and blew a .328 at noon on a Tuesday. I had locked myself in my office to get away from her as she was drinking heavy. I didn't even know where she was she would get hammered drunk on a 5th of booze then start calling hospitals she did it multiple times. As soon as dispatch and the higher ups saw who it was it they dropped everything as they had dealt with her bullshit before. That is why I was mad the officers dispatched were idiots putting words into a drinks mouth. I have no charges related to Angela Johnson none. I was never prosecuted for anything. I was not charged with anything. I never had to go to court. I did nothing wrong. I never laid a hand on that woman in my life. She drank 2 pints a day of Fireball every single day she was trying to drink herself to death. That day she literally turned up and chugged a 5th at 10am. I took care of that woman. I paid all her bills. I brought her back to her family in NC from Maui. I tried to help her get sober there was no helping her. She was involved in half a dozen police incidents the first month. She would just be outside in the yard screaming and yelling at all hours. I paid over 10k in emergency medical bills for alcohol poisoning ambulance and hospital stays. She had to be hospitalized 3 times in 6 months. I loved that woman. I am very sad about what happened to her. She was trying to drink herself to death she would get really ill if she didnt drink daily. I tried to save her she went back to Maui to the same bad scene I rescued her from in the first place   RIP Angel

Funny My abs were absolutely diced this morning. I am actually feeling better than ever. Just had a long back in forth with the IFBB pro trainer who is 1 year post exact same surgery I sent him videos of pec repair. He said its looks great and Dr Mora is a miracle worker. He also told me no lifting said it takes 12 weeks for bolts and screws to heal apparently they drilled into the bone and bolted down the tendon.

The best part though is he said he also had the round knot under his armpit and it is from sutures and it went away. So I don't think I have torn anything. He also sent me a video of him inclining 150lb dumbbells and he is just now at a year. Best part he even said once healed the chest is going to be stronger than ever with the attached tendon. He is even going to write me up a rehab and workout plan. Feeling much better

I may even ask him to coach me for Nationals if all goes well
