Jesus man must I say it again? 8cc is the absolute physical limit my body can consistently absorb for an extended period. However, I do not use anywhere near that much. I do not like to use quads and will only use glutes unless preparing for something. Even at 2cc you will get into issues if you keep hitting your quads every week.

If you can not make progress on 4cc a week you can not make progress. 2-3 really is plenty with food

Now if you want to inject your pinky toe with 10cc a day have at it

I was on 500mg prepping the first time and probably closer to 400mg the last show but it really doesn't matter you will learn eventually more food and less gear is better than more gear and less food. I am going to make a lot more gains because I have fixed my digestion.

Sure you can take 2g one week and eat 10k calories one day but what can you do long term? For me no more than 8cc to avoid painful bruising that will prevent training and crush my appetite.  I am going to eat more and make better gains on half of that. You don't believe me go figure it out for yourself take all the fucking gear you want that is not how it works. Less is more

This photo you posted appears to be a nice traditional Thanksgiving dinner. My daughter also fixed roasted brussels sprouts for Thanksgiving. Our dinner was a family affair with about twenty folks at my in-laws' house. The sides, hors d'oeuvres, and desserts were pot luck, I blew Rodney Strong in 2021. It appears Bhank served Meiomi red wine which is unusual to pair with turkey. Meiomi wines have a good rating and are modestly priced, selling for around $20 at Safeway.

I heard you should be in top shape prior to using steroids and that you should also train hard when using them to get optimal results.

Bhanky is in lousy shape and hardly trains when he uses steroids.
