I am not at my best as I have not been able to lift for 6 weeks while recovering from a pec reconstruction and repair and a tendon transfer. So yeah I get it I am not contest ready. Having said that do I look bad? FUCK NO I don't but again by all means talk all the shit you want. I am healing up real nice. 216lbs with abs aint bad. Just wait until I can train proper. I am going to own this entire fucking board in a few months.
