He's naturally a skinny dweeb, and if you're doing boxing training properly, you do not gain a lot of weight. You can eat all the food in the world and you are not moving through weight classes easily without drugs. Looking at him, he's on a healthy dose of testosterone at minimum.

There's been a few posts about "boxing fit" vs "being fit". That's very true. I ran cross country and track in high school back in the early to mid 70s. I could easily do a 6 mile run up and down hills at any time in under 30 minutes, no problem. My resting pulse rate in high school was like 44. My best friend and I would box sometimes. The first time, after only 1 round, I was exhausted. Could barely hold my arms up for round 2 and my legs felt very weak. I was shocked because I thought I was in great shape. That's something I've never forgot. I was in shape for running, not boxing. My respect for boxers went to a new level after that. So, yes, boxing is a completely different type of "fitness".
