Anybody else bored of these discussions.

PDI Supporter:  The IFBB are scared!

IFBB Supporter:  The PDI exists only in concept, the proof is in the pudding!

Rinse and repeat..

True or False:

David Pecker initially agreed to be part of the original PDI effort back in 2004?

That's what Wayne told me at the time and repeated in a telephone conversation a while back. No idea if it was true though/

I have never met you, but know your rep, and it is not good. My reputation, is flawless.

Very odd.
Well I respect your opinion over the PDI but I fail to see why you have to get personal over it.

Well, maybe it was my mistake, it seemed you were getting personal first. If I was wrong, I apologize, I never stike first.

I am not the attacking type, and even if you are with the IFBB, thats cool with me. My only true issue with the ifbb is that they only recognize the npc, which i feel is corrupt. I have won several big NABBA shows and feel I should have been recognized, just as Wayne has. I thought you were saying that I was a second rate bodybuilder, now if i read into your posts and read into them wrong, then i am certainly sorry for attacking you, and if this is true i retract my statement.

When I spoke of your rep, I simnply meant that your opinion is biased to the IFBB, but again, i am not in the game of fighting, so if I was wrong about your attitude, I am sorry.

Jack-

There are a million examples of sports teams only recognizing their affiliates/ farm clubs, etc.

MLB only recognizes the farm teams they're associated with, Boxing only recognizes their own rankings, not the ones from other federations... Ralph's doesn't recognize coupons from Albertsons, Verizon doesn't recognize Sprint.....etc, etc.  They're different companies.

Why would the IFBB, who has a affiliation with the NPC as their amateur org., recognize some other group?

He doesn't need to say it.... You couldn't crack top 15 at USAs... Couldn't make top 5 last year at a national qualifying show... Matter of fact second rate would be giving you a compliment...

Jack,
If I do have to eat humble pie and the PDI do hold an event in London, drinks are on me.
I never make personal attacks on athletes or "rate" them. Although in private if they've asked me an opinion then my honesty has often got me in trouble! It's amazing how a little statement like "Your upper chest needs a little work" can be misinterpreted to mean "You look like shit" by some people ;D

I've said before that personal opinions are always going to be biased to some degree by knowledge or affiliations etc. but my doubts regarding the PDI have nothing to do with my support of the IFBB.
I hope that at some time in the future the professional side of the support will grow so that every pro can earn a decent living but with promoters finding it increasingly difficult to find sponsors and fill seats, I don't think it's going to happen for a while.

Good luck

Well, I see what you are saying, but drawing from other federations would lighten the strangelhold of the npc. It really is a type of monoploy, you don't go through the npc, you don't get to be in the IFBB. Thats fine by the way, i was just saying that this is why I went to PDI.

I have cracked both the top 15 in a national npc show, as well as winning a regional show. So spicy, stfu.

Well, thats cool,, and I do respect your opinion. I'm sure my guard is way up, as is Chick's, over the fools that make stupid personal remarks.

Thanks for your response, you have proven to be a class act, and earned my respect, just as Chick has.
