Back in August I was able to do 4 sets of 10 but I haven't tried lately.
That great bud,before I got sidelined I was doing Negative only chins which were working very well for me as I tried to build up in reps...............chinn ing had become a bitch for me, especially since years ago I could do at least 20 anytime on a whim,of course I wasn`t a big heavy dude but they were very humbling recently.I`m like Jeff and Illumunati....palms facing away with a wide grip were always called chins in all the old magazines so that`s what I still call them today and I FUCKING always will....Iron Nat and Grape Ape be damned! LOL
Agreed. Chins used to be palms away and pullups were palms in. I don't know when they switched.
