What would happen if you abstained from sex and busting for a week or two? Would you kill someone?

Donate blood. Maybe aspirin can help.

+1

I would donate blood and take an aspirin.

Started TRT a few months ago, and my latest blood draw my hemoglobin is high, meaning out of the "normal "range, but not TOO high, (i.e. the highest number for the normal range is 17 and mine is currently 18.1)...

the test cream I have been taking is 200mg which is the highest? amount that can be given.. 2 squirt pumps on my junk everyday....I have been "naughty" in that i've been doing 3 pumps a day (so 300 mg?)... anyway, the question is besides regularly giving blood is there any over the counter supplement I can take to lower my hemoglobin/red blood cell number? I have read taking cinnamon every day can help, increase water intake and cut out iron from my multi vitamin?...

Do I need to worry that much about my numbers? I am 60 years old now....

I know someone in their 30's who was on trt...I don't know who his doctor was but he had a stroke... in his mid 30's...Get the therapeutic phlebotomy!...

Does it feel like you have to shit all the time? Edit: Not making a joke...

From my readings donating blood is also risky in some aspects. I wouldn't do therapy, but I'm not a doc so... I would take the supplement nattokinase. Read up on it. Doctors aren't sure if high levels affect mortality when due to hrt, they do it as "just in case," or some endos don't maybe believe that much but I don't know. I'm not sure if those who live at high altitute are also at risk but I have read "no."

Not for nothing but that movie is available on Amazon Prime still.  I believe.  I watched it a couple weeks ago.

How can't the doctors be sure? There has to be lots of data for the statistics.

Luigi's really let himself go since posting those shirtless pics. I'm sure he'll get plenty of c*ck in prison. A lifetime of c*ck or at least 20 years.

It’s very similar to a movie from the 70’s called Badlands. I’d imagine it’s a homage, right down to the upbeat instrumental music.

I was thinking no one has probably collected all the clinics' users red blood cell levels and then compared mortality statistics. As all the journals said all the time, the future will tell, maybe it will take another 40 years  :D This HRT thing is just an experiment.

The fastest the ester the less red blood build up at least in my own experience. Smaller subcutaneous shots  over weekly long acting IM depots seem too help too.

I read the higher the peak the more likely red blood cell increase, so yes frequent admin should help. Supposedly the creams don't have this problem.

I would hope a decade would be enough time but we'll see.

Yeah but to then attribute mortality to red blood cell elevation specifically, i.e. the exact mechanism behind that mortality increase, could be strokes, could be many things. I think it's hard to do these types of studies  :D

van_bilderass.... thanks for your advice and knowledge on this matter...

I'm looking into nattokinase, although now I need to find out how much per day as on amazon.com they have a whole bucket load of various amounts of mg, etc.... Any thoughts on how much of this product per day?

I'm happy you at least checked it out. Two things, anything you take choose the brand that has been independently tested, for example Thorne has always come out great, now appears Thorne doesn't have natto. Amazon is bad that way, lots of completely fake product.

When buying supps always check if this site has info on it, examine.com. This is generally very solid info. Here's the natto.

https://examine.com/supplements/nattokinase/?srsltid=AfmBOoqsTV37RNbeSnanxVQff4gU09xA6h7qEUMhRAcTi2fp0b5i_LsX&show_conditions=true

I'll check brands on what I would buy. One bb pro/guru says it would be good if all bodybuilders checked if they had a blood clotting disorder. He says quite a few have one but don't know about it and then testosterone, anabolics are extra risky. Another guru "dogcrapp dante trudel" says natto is at the top of his recommended protective supps. This is one of the independent supplement testing sites, didn't have the energy to register there.
