Why is it that when you take a leg picture you go all gimpy and look as if you don't actually have the use of them.

For a recreational natural guy, you are okay, but if you are serious about being a future mr. olympia, you are a fuckin' retarded, I'll call your parents, to stop all this nonsense!
No arms, no calves, chest to weak, weird leg shape...
Boy, if you wanna impress some girls, or your boyfriend, it's ok, but for competition, ohh! I can't go on, it is damn so funny...

I have just started doing this program this week and can already see a difference in my physique. My goal is to get to a lean 300 pounds. Today I am 241 pds. Would appreaciate all suggestions.

You sir are an idiot.  If you want to to be 300 lean, then you need to be like 325 off season.  Not happening.

might i suggest you dont do cardio after your workouts. you will gain much more mass this way...if i were you- it doesnt look like you have the kind of genes to put on fat real easily- id drop all cardio and just eat really clean. if you must do cardio, id do it on a seperate day than lifting.
i suggested this for my friend, he dropped all cardio for a while, his gains went thru the roof and hes just as lean as before.

Well during the summer I get lean regardless of cardio or not. I just started doing volume training again and am sweating like crazy I am wet all over and I still do cardio for just 20 min. But yeah I might just keep training instead and will burn just as much if not more. Thanks.

Gang bang with your boyfriend's pals 6 times a week, sweating like a pig under several thousand pounds of flesh, that's not "volume training" Alexx, but I can't blame you, that's what you learned from your mother, you're a good son alexx  ::)
