You have no snap you are pushing the bag. You dont even have a proper stance much less punching technique. You wouldn't be able to touch anyone who isn't willing to play rock em sock robot with you. If you got one it would help you immensely a couple lessons to go with that power. You are making very basic mistakes why not fix them? You enjoy it why not get better at it. Right now I don't think you could come anywhere near my chin in boxing, and I am not a boxer. You need footwork you are not going to win a real boxing match with lunging haymakers from a squared up position with no head movement or proper penetration step you are wide open when you throw get your feet on a line turn your shoulder rotate your hips and swivel your foot snap your punches. Pull them back and protect tuck your chin move the head change your level step left step right forward back you are not doing any of that stuff just big guy throwing hard while standing still thats not boxing you are going to injure yourself throwing straight arm hooks like that
