I am only out of the sling for pics checking it out for about 10 min and when sitting down. I do not let the arm hang it is dad weight in sling or resting at my side supported. There is a lot of atrophy they reconstructed the pec it is going to take some time and it may not be perfect but there is def another tendon in there now.

If you notice when I come off and lose size I don't get soft I get leaner and tighter. 38 says I look like a swimmer. No shit I have a natural athletic build to start. That is the difference that is why I can add 30lbs in a couple weeks and still be in shape. I am an athlete my base that I am starting from is shredded with abs that take decades of actual sports to build
