I don't know Matt. I don't think it is that simple.

I mean it is really easy for myself to moderate my drinking because I don't like it that much.

But you know is a girl is anorexic she'll eat nothing.

It a guy think he is small when he isn't that small, it is the same kind of desease (spelling ?) and it can be hard to moderate his steroid use.
I know a looooooooooot of guys who are like that and when they don'T take juice for like a month they think they lost 3 inch everywhere when it's not the reality

take me for example. I dont what a lot of people would call "over-eating" and it may not be really good.
But you know I feel so fucking small that it do it anyway

Do you think this mentality typical of pros and steroids?  Or people in North America and drugs in general?

Why are people so wreckless?  I think the educational system needs to do something to help promote moderation.  What the hell is wrong with society?   ???

If I drink two cans of coke a week to me that seems like too much.  I know someone who drank six cans a day for 30 years and in his forties came down with diabetes, which I doubt he would have if not for that.

I have a friend who has done 100 grams of cocaine in the past year.  Not to mention ecstasy, alcohol, and who knows what else.  I'm not sure if this is specific to the city I live in or if this is just something in North America.  To me it really is pathetic.
i think you're right on the money Matt, BTW soda is poison.

The funny thing is, I know people who do all kinds of rec drugs but are still big and cut because they are juicing as well.  I wonder what they look like on the inside and what their quality of life will be like in twenty years.
i know a kid like that at my gym, 21 years old 6'0" 255lbs. with very good conditioning does a few good reps with 405 on flat bench, 110lb. dumbbell flyes, partial shoulder presses with 315 but does ecstacy, coke, alcohol and still looks awesome ,the thing is i remember him from before he juiced and he was skinny as shit.

That's amazing strength but I wouldn't want to be his heart.   :-\
yeah i agree, problem is that it might not be the worst thing if he did it for a year or two or three but he seems like the kind of guy who would do it for years on end.

He's just young and juicing. I see it all the time. Doesn't mean he's not going to be fucked up in a few years. Also, it's those same kind of guys who get off the Dbol and never show up in the gym again cause all they had was steroid size. I've seen two or three guys disappear in my gym, only to see them in town looking like pee-wee herman.

yeah i know the type, the thing that's different about this kid is that he trains like a fucking animal, i've seen him do sets on a lot of stuff where i actually feared for his safety, he's squatted six plates for 5 fairly deep reps so he isn't one of these pussy kid juicers who avoids the hard barbell movements, i respect that.

I know the type.  They only train when on juice a lot of the time.  Gaining muscle mass is hard and something that the body just doesn't want to do.  On hormones things are a lot easier, so some take that road and don't want to ever build muscle naturally.

HAHAHA I Love seeing those guys!!!! I rub it in real good, " wow,...youv'e really lost a lot of size....you look terrible."....."Do you have Aids?"

yes, it was sarcastic, the point is that he would be making fun of you for being weaker than he is, just like how you say that to the guys weaker than you.

100 Grams of cocaine in one year? Big fucking deal- Thats like going out every weekend and doing 2 grams- Less than 100 bucks worth.

Overdoing it on substances people put in their bodies (wether soda, drugs or steroids) is something that happens all over the world. FYI North American drug and steroid use shouldnt be nearly as rampant as it is in other places where it is legal or not as taboo.

One thing I will say is that eating like a fat pig and overdoing it on food is something probably foriegn to people outside of America

It comes down to people having different types of personalities.. some people are unfortunate enough to have 'addictive personalities' in which case they get hooked on something real easily. On the other hand there are people that will try almost anything once (smoking, drinking, drugs, etc. etc.) and never get hooked on any of the bad habits. And then there are people that are just weak minded some of those also belong to group A.

i drink, but have been otherwise drug free for almost a year.  an old friend came in town, next thing i know i wake up at 4 pm sunday afternoon wondering how i fell into a 3 day binge.  sucks, lost a few pounds over the weekend from eating shit.  back in the gym my strenght was down.  very frustrating and i have no one to blame but myself.  but how i felt sunday, i wont be doing anything like this weekend for a long time if ever.  its just not worth it after awhile.
