Easy answer,become a nuclear rocket scientist,or take the hardest job in the world picking fly shit out of black pepper while wearing boxing gloves.....the list of great jobs is mind staggering especially for older men.

Come on apply yourselves as these are all realstic endeavors for gents 50 or over........beats being a WalMart greeter or bagging groceries.

that was the recent conviction we can concentrate on, you had a probabtion officer appointed to you after your conviction

And it was in violation of a protective order, Jen must have been able to show just cause to have the order implemented in the first place.
They dont just apply them if someone asks, its your pattern of behaviour and the hankins trait of bullying women.

I had a Cocaine charged expunged (it was only parafanalia (sp) because when I  got arrested by that time I had smoked all the Coke). 

When I went to apply for a nice apartment they refused me saying I had a drug charge on my record.

I guess expunged can mean different things in different places.....the judge an old school teacher of mine, told me it would be expunged.....later after the apartment incident I inquired about it and was told I had to go-to the clerks office in person to have it expunged.....WTF the judge never mentioned this to me.....I should have consulted Rabinowitz,Rabinowitz,Shapiro,and Hankins to sort it out for my bewilderdered self.
