I met Bill and his wife at a contest I did in New Jersey.......he gave me a free "Bill Grant Nutrition" Tee shirt.......really good guy,very personable as was his wife.......AND,he still looked great!

He wrote to me that he trained 4x a week. Legs arms / chest shoulders back
didnīt do the 6 times a week split, 3 on 1 off..

Cool,and yes in the most recent pics I`ve seen of him,he still had huge arms and looked good........that`s been a while back though.

yes was some years ago i was writing with him. I just got sick of Facebook & Binned it. He was a decent guy though & always wrote back.

He`s a Facebook friend of mine but I very seldom go or post much there anymore.

  quite a few years ago, I was at a contest in allentown pa. it was a contest bill put on every year for a few years. I was standing around talking to a guy, who at the time I didn't realize was Leon Brown[RIP]. Leon and his wife accompanied Bill to the contest. I realized when Bill came over and started yelling around because apparently Bill's kid was supposed to be watching Bill's merch stand and He just abandoned the stand and went off to shoot some hoops, Bill was none too happy. That was the only time I've seen him mad. he used to mc a lot of the contest in the pa area, always seemed like a friendly guy.
