I'm no notorious Brian hater but I'll say this:
What possible incentive do they have to giving a 47 year old, a 17k scholarship? He isn't young. He doesn't have peerless grades.
This looks insanely like marketing material to the point where I would say they are offering you a ticket to make the numbers. Do you think Harvard write their acceptance letters as if they still have to convince you to come?
Secondly, you're fooling nobody. Not one bit of your language says you are going.
Nevertheless, I'm reasonably confident I figured out the place but I'll keep quiet as I don't actually agree with people contacting institutions to "tell on you". To me, that's going south over the line of ethics.
