No matter what the organization, the market is always going to reward the most talented people.
The competitors are going to bounce around in a chess game between egomaniacs, sure. The web guys, promoters, photogs, writers, etc, will voice their opinion, but in reality, when the winds blow and one remains, all of these same ppl will still be working in the field.
So if the PDI wins, Horton will be taking pictures, Bob will be holding up a booth at shows, and it'll still be the same bunch of ppl. If the IFBB wins, you'll still have the same crowd, and the IFBB will assimilate the PDI guys, as it'll need them. You can't lose the group they're going to lose and not take a hit.
In the bigger scheme, arguing the PDI/IFBB is fun. It's interesting. But we're here for our skillsets, knowledge, and ability to sit thru events in a sport which would bore the pants off most. The same competitors and crews and fans will be on board, no matter which puppetmaster wins and gets their name on the sign, bigger checks, and bragging rights.
