Yes! I always assumed that they were weight lifters by the way they looked. I think most athletes train with weights now regardless of the sport.

Look sick ...remember one such runner just dropped his shorts & crapped at the side of a road in the woods.
Was mid summer & lots of people with kids.
Could've went into the woods & crapped behind a tree but just crapped in front of people
These extreme runner end up with colon problems ' diarrhea & bleeding

Never crapped myself either, but have warned people in advance not to come near me as I had to let out some "protein farts" on many an occasion while training hard.
