Yeah, it's just a tendon reattachment. It will never fill in.

All surgeons sell their work as some world class form of art. My knee surgeon told me after my ACL reconstruction that it would hold for life and be my good knee. That I had the best recovery he had seen in years.

I retore the same ACL stepping off a 6" curb a few years later.

And remember hanky is injecting a shit ton of peptides in that area, so it's very swollen. Once the swelling is gone and he loses all the water retention from all the gear he's on, it will look about 20% better if that.

Should have spent the money on drug rehab and a hair transplant.

Adding a tendon doesn't magically quadruple the size of the pec. I have potential now I still need to train and hypertrophy the muscle. Give me 12 weeks it will be night and day

Well I just had a major surgery on that side so.....

You guys act like I had a pec implant and its supposed to look perfect a couple weeks later. I had a tendon attachment its not going to just fill up the space with muscle I have to grow that


They tool the old knotted up muscle in the middle of the chest ripped it apart with a knife then wrapped it around a triple folded cadavar achilles tendon and drilled a hole into the bone to reattach it to the shoulder bicep area. I then spent 6 weeks in a sling. I just got cleared for resistance band work last week.  am not even supposed to touch a weight until week 16. Or course there is atrophy on the right side give me a couple weeks.

Lie #3,489 - you didn't spend 6 weeks in a sling.  You posted as such on here.  In fact you went so far as to use the arm to "demonstrate" a wrestling hold.

You got "cleared" but did it way before that.  You "touched" a weight with the arm way before it too.

Doctor (who knows more than you) : don't do anything where your elbows go out from body

is it really worth it? I mean pushing for strength ... just do higher reps with moderate weight. You'll look the same but less prone to injury
