I used to  put dry oatmeal in my PW shakes.....it wasn`t too bad considering some of the gross concoctions I drank as a kid.
Why not just eat it separately?

I only tried it once in 1984 after seeing Hulk Hogan do it. After drinking it down I puked all over the kitchen.

Many athletes and powerlifters and their coaches used to feel it was dangerous, massively increased cramping, muscle pulls and tears, "tight" muscles like with steroids. I think studies said it did not lead to cramping but coaches don't always care about studies. I'm pretty sure everyone today uses it to some degree at least in some disciplines, the advantage of having more creatine is too big (but in some disciplines they feel they can't afford even a 1 pound weight increase so it depends). Yes the creatine advantage is big even when compared to a lot of pharma things that are used, many of which it's doubtful even work.

I bought a small packet recently to try but didn't use it yet. :D If you could only lower the sugar content a little.

I skimmed the Celltech label when ordering my baggie of creatine since it was also off. But now it only has 3 grams of creatine vs the 10 grams and I think way less carbs, too lazy to go check. The original had 75 grams of dextrose, the amount based on the glucose challenge test docs use to check for how you handle carbs (diabetes). Insulin will help uptake plus you get a carb load at the same time so you get even more weight gain/pumps. Milos for example will use the creatine with the insulin injections. Whether it's worth it in the end to try to get an insulin spike each time you take creatine can be debated but at least there's some basis for it, grape juice of course is shock full of dextrose. If someone does have a particularly high carb meal for example post workout it does make sense to take the daily creatine at that time. Bill's brother promoted a concoction for photoshoots: creatine, wine and glycerol mixed together  :D

Someone said Milos' fave carb/sugar source is dates  :D Supposedly they IV the insulin around workouts preferably these days, but I don't think you can sustain that for long withhout messing up your veins in the arms.

Hey sorry! I was just curious to see what others thought of that daily amount. Personally, I think it's all misdirection by the guy to keep people from thinking that he's on PEDs which he probably is. We can end this thread if you want. And I do have this hip shoulder bag that I like that I keep my ipad and other things in when I go out and know that I'll have time to read. Wife and daughter hate it and tell me that I'm too old for that but oh well. Maybe I CAN get away with a fanny pack...
