Bulking is stupid you can only expand your muscles so far, being full and stretching the fibres will help but additional carbs will do that.

I have been saying for decades that the term "bulking" is just an old school/archaic excuse to eat like shit,except in the case of a beginner just starting out who desperately needs size and has lots of room and time to make adjustments.
This is another of the many things Hanky still practices after dozens of years training.....if he needs more size in a certain area,just work harder and add in macros, but don`t make gaining needless weight a priority (gluttony) just so the numbers on the scale go up, because as we all know, this weight is comprised of fluid,water,and excess fat that you must lose anyfuckingway to get into good condition later on.
