Dear Gary, do you believe that there is a best weight for each particular bodybuilder based upon his height, bone structure, etc? Take Zane for example, IMO he looked his best at 187 (circa '78 and '79) later (early 80s) he went up to near 200 with the same level of conditioning and IMO he looked much better at 187

No they all look better at 400lb.
