Yeah, Jimmy was insanely strong. I mean, don’t give me wrong. He was doing half reps with a lot of his stuff. But some of the weights he was moving was just stupid.
I'm amazed he's still alive. I would have figured a stroke, heart attack or gym mishap would have killed him by now.

Weakest joint in the body because of all the degrees of freedom. So lets cantilever load it while swinging heavy weights. What could possibly go wrong?

lol dude wasn't even in shape, his glutes and hams looked like they were out of pudding. Barely 250 on stage soaking wet, not comparable to today's standards, probably because he trained like a f*cking p*ssy.

Best way to build the shoulders, and the safest. Seated military barbell press to the front. This nails the front and side of the belts.
For real delts, standing one arm dumbell high row similar to starting a lawn mower yet higher elbow.
Just place your opposing hand on your rear delt when performed to feel the contraction.
Laterals are a waste of time as is rope pulls and upright rows.

Today's bodybuilding pros look like dog shit compared to Haney or anybody from Haneys era for that matter.
They have nothing but big blocky mass nothing appealing nor esthetic in their builds

The only way I’ve seen people get cannonball delts is with tren or anavar. Had a buddy take just anavar and his shoulders went crazy, on test and deca didn’t happen. And everyone I know who takes tren has those shoulders. But I think genetics is the most important fact for anything to work. I do laterals like crazy and rear delt like crazy, my shoulders are big but not round.

a lot of old school bodybuilders went over the score with pressing exercises & like Frank Zane needed new shoulders later on, however having said that i like the standing barbell press.
Incline Barbell press hits the front & side delts very well although i know your Guru Doug Brignole didn´t approve of them.
Nowadays i do more Incline Barbell presses than flat so for delts i use more lateral raises with DBs or cables

Aside from the obvious, The Drugged delt look, On a training standpoint, I like to do every couple of workouts are run the  rack delt raises that really pops the hell out of shoulders  .

they work your delts way more than your pecs

Declines ,dips, cables are the only way to go for pecs

Overheas pressing is great, of course cavemen pressed things overhead.
