Real pharma grade anavar is insane.
Crazy strength
Crazy pumps
Crazy vascularity
Burns fat
Builds muscle I forget the exact numbers but something like the average user gains 7-9 lbs of muscle and lose 3-4 lbs of fat.
Makes you feel great
When you come off you keep most of it
Doesn’t shut you down completely.
Side effects slim to none, mainly screwed up lipids, it’s metabolized mainly by the kidneys so really no liver stress.
I’ve had great results off 15-20mgs of pharma grade. I wouldn’t touch black market cause it’s prob not anavar.
Next to test it’s the best imo and for some reason the shoulders really respond to it if you have good genetics. I guess the receptors in the shoulders like it.
There is real Anavar on the black market for sure but you are right it's often hard to know if your product is good unless you send it in for testing. One point I'd like to make. I don't know what HRT service you use but ironically most clinics use "black market" oxandrolone from China and have them compounded by a "legit" compounding pharmacy. If you think abour it, what US API producer would sell to an operation prescribing it for "HRT," they wouldn't take a risk like that. Some clinics prescribe oral steroids which have no legit source so it's obviously Chinese. But it can be good stuff regardless. Today the "pharma" term is a bit ambiguous, like all the Chinese growth would qualify as pharma quality as it's more than 96% pure.
On forums noncompetitors have been known to use up to 150-200mg of Anavar, it's insane, 100mg seems to be a dose no one bats an eye at, average.

Regarding chest exercises or any exercises, some say this or that movement works the best for me, but imho most of us, and very much myself, aren't gaining shit, as in all new muscle, so it's hard to say which exercise actually works for us, we tend to choose the exercises we just like to do the most, which "feel" best. I will say benches to the neck felt like they worked the chest the most brutally, unfortunately I destroyed my pec doing them, in retrospect I wouldn't load chest with elbows out presses
